Shrink Packaging Machine

Shrink Packaging Machine also known as Heat tunnels are designed to blow hot air onto film wrapped packages to make perfect shrink around packages. The heat settings and conveyor speed of the shrink tunnel can be adjusted to properly heat a shrink film. The heat applied to the shrink film enables the film to tightly conform to the product within the film. Shrink tunnels are equipped with difference type of conveyor e.g. roller conveyor, Teflon net conveyor or Stainless Steel Mesh to deliver difference size of product through shrink tunnel. 

Shrink tunnels can be combined with the Sleeve Sealer, L-Sealer machines or overwrapping machines for the ultimate wrapping solution. 

Shrink Packaging Machine is widely used in industries such as foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, cosmetics and pesticide for containers with labels like glass bottle, plastic bottle, paper cup etc.
