KST's tubular heaters are designed and fabricated based on numerous years of experience in the heating industry. The heaters reliability and durability are proven by their users' satisfaction in the various types of industries.

Tubular heaters can be supplied in either stainless steel or incoloy. The helical winding of heating element is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy and the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swaged, they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer even at high sheath temperature. In order to prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components. Tubular heaters heaters may be used for heating up various materials such as air, water, chemicals and solids. However, construction and watt density of the heater differs significantly for heating one material to another.
