KST's mica strip heaters & plate heaters are designed and fabricated based on numerous years of experience in the heating industry. The heaters reliability and durability are proven by their users' satisfaction in the various types of industries.

Mica insulated strip heaters are economical heat sources, suitable for providing heat to flat surfaces. Resistance wire grade NiCr 80:20 is used as windings to provide maximum watt density. Specially selected mica grade & thickness is used to insulate windings providing excellent thermal conductivity & dielectric strength. Upon request, the mica strip/plate heaters may be added with heat insulation covers in various sheathing materials. Mica strip heaters are available in many electrical termination styles, protection and can accommodate holes and cutouts.
