Osaka Series Semi Automatic Impulse Sealers is a table top sealing machine with single heat sealing jaw designed for sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Osaka Series Automatic Impulse Sealers equipped with wider sealing width 6mm or 10mm with strong and even pressure to make a perfect seal.  Osaka Series includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation. Three difference sealing length is available : 300mm, 450mm and 600mm.

Osaka Semi Automatic Impulse Sealers controlled by electronic timers, once correct setting have been programmed, consistent seals and cooling are maintained automatically for perfect sealing quality.  

Osaka Series Vacuum Packaging Machine are long lasting machineries built with selected high quality electronic components and therefore will require lesser maintenance.
